Q. What do I do if I have issues with my TV or my internet service.

A. If you have service issues please click on the Service Request tab and fill out the form accurately.  We will respond to you either with a resolution or to schedule a time for tech to visit you.

Q. Can I get more channels than is provided by the property.

A. Yes, visit the Programming Options page. When you find the package you would like simply gor to the Service Request page and request the package upgrade, we will add the requested programming for you.

Q. What do I need to do when I move out?

A. First call 1-800-531-5000, you will need to let them know the last day you will be in the unit, provide an address so DIRECTV can send any final statements, as the account holder you will need to send any boxes back to DIRECTV using the prepaid boxes they send you.
